I. General conditions of sale order

The prices of our books are displayed in euros, all taxes
included (V.A.T) and are set by the publisher in the respect of
the French Lang law of the price of the book.

Shipping coast (Rates as of January 1, 2020)

 

They are calculated on a fixed participation, according to the weightof the parcel.

Shipments to metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra - 
4,50 euros for a package up to 500 gr - 6,50 euros from 500 gr to 2 kilos - 
5 euros from 2kg to 5 kg -  7 euros from 5kg to 8kg.

5 euros for a package up to 0.500 kilo - 8 euros from 0.500 kg to 1 kilo
12 euros from 1 kilo to 2 kilos - 15 euros from 2 to 3 kilos - 19 euros from 3 to 4

4 euros for a package up to 0.500 kilo - 8 euros from 0.500 kg to 1

Payment

 

Your payment can be made - by Credit Card attime of your order (secure system) - by check
in euros, made payable to Editions Bruno de Nys, inenclosing the confirmation of your order -

by mandateaddressed to Editions Bruno de Nys.
Your invoice is established and attached in your package.

Delivery time and tracking of your order.

 

Your order is sent to you in Colissimo Professionnel; the routing time is officially 48h for France

(general conditions of the Post), after the processing of your order

and the preparation of the package. However, the Bruno De Nys Publishing House

are released from any liability in the event of delay anddelivery in a higher time, non-compliance

At the arrival of your package, if an item is non-compliant or defective, Bruno de Nys Publishing

commit to the exchangeor refund of this article, subject to a referral
the package in the state (original packaging, invoice of the order),within 8 days of receipt.

Fees supported by this return will be reimbursed, within the limit ofcost of a standard shipment.
